Relais & Châteaux celebrates "Food for Change" in partnership with Slow Food 
From September 30th to October 06th, 2019 


As a #RelaisChateaux member, we celebrate #FoodForChange from October 3 to 6 in partnership with @SlowFood_International. More than 200 chefs from around the world will champion one ingredient. In our case, we chose Saint Philippe's Vanilla Bleue because it's part of our heritage and to preserve biodiversity. #onechefoneingredient #slowfood

 

Slow Food's international "Food for Change" campaign has been launched to offer solutions ranging from simple daily actions to global movements that reinforce local clean economies, fair trade and the foods that are part of our heritage.
Food must be both a pleasure and a way to take care of our planet.
